Jaxon Smith-Njigba Sets Ohio State Single-Game Receptions Record

With 15 catches in Ohio State’s 26-17 win over Nebraska, Ohio State sophomore wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba passed David Boston for the most receptions in a single game in the history of Buckeye football.

Smith-Njigba’s 15 catches went for a whopping 240 yards, which is the most since Santonio Holmes in 2004. The four-star from Rockwall, Texas now has 35 receptions for 648 yards on the season.
